I was always interested in Paleo but kind of afraid to venture forth on my own but Chef Joseph's class made me feel so much more confident and ready to try it. He is so clear and so knowledgeable and he just made it all fun and easy. The food was delicious and easy to prepare and I left the class with all kinds of tricks and tips for creating heathy meals.
