What You’ll Do

In this hands-on class with Chef Luana, you'll learn to master the art of creating handmade pasta to use in a variety of classic Italian dishes.

Chef Luana will begin by teaching you the proper way to roll fresh dough to create two tagliatelle pasta dishes; classic tagliatelle and tagliatelle paglia e fieno. Then, you'll choose two out of three thick and creamy Italian classic sauces to serve on top of your plates of pasta. From heavy and meaty Bolognese sauce, and fresh and classic tomato sauce, to an earthy and light mushroom and sausage sauce, you'll discover new ways to prepare traditional Italian pasta dishes.

The chef will also provide an appetizer and a dessert to complete the meal. These items will be prepared by the chef before the class experience.

What a great class! My partner and I went for a date night and it did not disappoint. Chef Luana’s class was the perfect mix of learning to make a dish and having the “hard parts” done for us (making up the appetizer, cooking the pasta, etc.) although this was done in a sort of demo style. Who knew gnocchis were such hard work! We brought some leftovers home and look forward to enjoying them in the future. The dishes were beautifully displayed and tasted delicious. She was mindful of dietary restrictions and offered great alternatives so everyone could enjoy their meal without having to make a sacrifice. I highly recommend this personal class, it was quite the memorable evening.
