Cooking Class: Culinary Tips and Ibero-American Tapas

Join Chef Gustavo on an authentic Ibero-American culinary tour. You'll use fresh ingredients and traditional techniques to create four Latin-American-inspired tapas dishes. Menu selections include New York steak with a cheesy huancaína sauce, spinach fritters and sautéed shrimp with olive oil, lemon and garlic. You'll also prepare pescado con mojo de cilantro with steamed fish, sweet potato purée, shallots and olive oil sauce.

Spinach patties 


Camarones al Ajillo Picantitos 

Sautéed shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, white wine and chile de árbol 


Pescado con Mojo de Cilantro 

 Steamed fish of the day with sweet potato purée, shallots and olive oil sauce
