Cooking Class: Serve Thai-Style Cuisine
From mountains to southern beaches, Thailand’s scenery is almost as savory as its cuisine and in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Made Master, you’ll learn to replicate the latter. You will prepare three traditional Thai stir-fry dishes: Nam Tok Moo, Kapow Moo and Panang Gai. Chef Made Master will guide you through two methods of stir-frying pork with fresh ingredients to achieve a rich and tangy flavor. You'll explore a wide range of authentic produce such as kaffir lime leaves and Thai chilis to achieve an aromatic ensemble of Thai cuisine.

Chef Made was a great instructor and really great with the kids too! The sushi came out amazing and there was plenty for us to have a full dinner. He answered all our questions along the way and we got some great photos too. Thanks again Chef Made!
