What You’ll Do

To start, you'll learn how to transform chickpeas into crispy, golden-fried falafels. Then, combine tahini, garlic and olive oil into a velvety hummus served alongside a fluffy pita. Next, you'll have your choice of main course. Make either a tender chicken souvlaki seasoned with fresh olive oil and zesty lemon or a savory gyro made with rotisserie meat and topped with tzatziki sauce. You'll end the meal on a sweet note. Layer phyllo dough with honey, pistachios and walnuts to make a decadent Kataifi baklava for dessert.
