This immersive cooking class with Chef Stephen will bring out your inner sushi chef!
Begin the class by learning the secret to making the perfect sticky sushi rice seasoned with rice wine vinegar. Then, improve your knife skills and learn the proper method to julienne your vegetables. You'll also learn the technique to cut and season sushi-grade fish. Begin assembling your sushi by spreading the rice onto nori sheets and layering the fish and vegetables. Master the technique of rolling sushi with a mat before slicing your rolls. Serve pickled ginger and wasabi on the side and enjoy your homemade spicy tuna rolls.

Chef Stephen was fun and engaging. He was patient with questions and was prepared with tips and handouts that we could take home. All around a good time. It was a little difficult to hear at times because it was in the middle of a brewery.Regardless, I would highly recommend.

Chef Stephen was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, and made the class super fun. He thoroughly went through all the steps it takes to make a successful sushi roll. This class was on the smaller intimate side which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed the game we played with the getting the most beans in the bowl within 20 minutes. It was a great icebreaker in between. I would highly recommend booking Chef Stephen for any future cooking course. He will be hosting a Gnocchi class soon so please sign up :)

Fantastic experience. Really fun! Glad we could attend the class. I think they also teach pasta making so planning to do that one next
