Cooking Class: Fresh and Easy Pasta From Scratch

Learn why handmade pasta tastes better in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Asher will teach authentic Italian techniques to turn fresh ingredients into pasta. You'll mix semolina flour and egg yolks into dough using a food processor. Then, learn how to cut and shape the dough into cavatelli by hand. Plus, learn how to make a creamy cacio e pepe sauce made with ricotta and pecorino romano cheeses. Mix in the pasta and garnish with Italian basil and chives. In the end, enjoy your Italian feast made from scratch.

Chef Asher was amazing! He was very informative and knowledgeable when it came to his background in cooking. The reason I put it at four stars was due to the location, I wish it was indoors since outside it can be loud and it made it hard to hear the instructor. Also there needs to be more stations to cook the ingredients it took a while to cook each individual pasta.

Chef Asher was fine. Knowledgeable and personable. I had issues with the venue. The seating was bad, couldn't see the demo, it was very hot, lots of flies and noisy due to the bar patrons nearby. Will not sign up for a class at Noble Ale but will consider a class with chef Asher if at a different venue.
