Chef Asher was great. His explanations and demonstrations were fun and easy to follow.
I had a few issues with the venue. The brewery had a speaker in our area and music was constantly playing. Making it hard to hear Chef. Also, crowded in a small area.

This was such a fun date night! Chef Asher knows his stuff! Not only were the Korean tacos delicious, he gave us handy tips & tricks that I can use in my own kitchen. I would definitely take a class again!

What’s not to like about homemade pasta? Chef Asher explained all the tips and shortcuts to make a simple but impressive and yummy meal. It was a great class.

He taught me how to appreciate the art of food and cooking. He is a patient but passionate teacher with a nearly encyclopedic knowledge of multiple cuisines and techniques. He also makes a better Bolognese than my grandma, but don't tell anyone I told you that!
