Start with traditional vegetable rolls, lightly fried and filled with crisp cabbage, onion and carrots, with a homemade sweet and sour dipping sauce. Learn to perfect tofu pad Thai featuring rice noodles and peanuts and gaeng kiew waan, a green curry with eggplant as the centerpiece. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing tropical fruit salad tossed by the chef as a sweet treat for the class.
