The class will kick off with the preparation of a savory grilled eggplant dish, which highlights regional Mediterranean ingredients, such as crumbly feta cheese, fresh herbs and rich olive oil. Next, you will cook a bold and colorful main course of sautéed scallops with mashed purple potatoes, bright chimichurri and mango chutney, a dish inspired by the vibrant flavors of Spain. Lastly, you will finish your fusion meal with a decadent and lush chocolate cherry dessert reminiscent of the Black Forest.
