Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience This class was booked back in May as the centerpiece of my sister-in-law’s bachelorette weekend in LA. I flew in from Connecticut specifically for this event. The entire weekend was themed around it — “Soon to be Whisked Away.” Less than 24 hours before the scheduled class, I received a message from the chef canceling, claiming he had never confirmed the reservation — despite the fact that I had received a confirmation from him. Canceling the night before, after months of planning, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This was not just another activity — it was the main event of the weekend and not something that could be rescheduled. It truly disrupted the entire celebration. I also reached out to ClassPop’s "after hours customer service" hoping they could help us find a backup chef. Unfortunately, they don’t operate on weekends, so my urgent message went unanswered until Monday — far too late and still with no resolution. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend relying on this platform for important events. (so unfortunate that I am not allowed to give zero stars)
