Cooking Class: Master Tantalizing Thai Cuisine

Thailand native Chef Krog will teach you how to combine fresh ingredients and spices with a flavorful Thai flair. She'll also help you master basic culinary techniques to use in your own kitchen!
For your first course, you will make Laab gai, a sumptuous chicken dish flavored with a spicy, tangy lime juice. Moo pad prik is your next course; your choice of pork or chicken simmered with bell peppers and drizzled in a black pepper sauce. You'll also create a luxurious, sweet massaman curry chicken dish. For dessert, enjoy a Thai favorite: sticky rice served with sweet mango and a hint of coconut.

Nice intro to this dish. Looking forward to making it soon. Wish the full ingredient list with brand names was available during class. Haven't received the ingredient list yet by email which we hoped would happen after the class was completed.
