Begin your lesson by learning how to prepare your own homemade tortillas using fresh corn flour and a hearty dash of tradition. Cook up succulent shrimp and prepare a variety of fresh toppings, including a seasoned Southwest sauce featuring Greek yogurt and creamy guacamole made from scratch.

My husband and I attended this class to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Chef Andrea was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We loved the class and will be making shrimp and grits on our own very soon!
