Sarah is a great teacher and happy to answer all your questions! My girlfriend and I had so much fun that we stayed after class and chatted with her about potentially setting up an in-home cooking class.

Lovley class! We greatly enjoyed Sarah's simply approach to sushi making. Very beginner friendly. I think it would be fun for kids too!

The class was not what I expected, it was just showing you the act of how to roll sushi. I was hoping for something a little more comprehensive and interactive. Our instructor did not hand out the ingredients to people, so we were passing around certain ingredients to eachother and grabbing from the same container - which wouldn't have been that big of an issue if everybody had washed their hands, but alas a majority did not, so I did not eat my food. A lot of people did have fun but this wasn't for me.

Very fun and informative! Sarah was personable and knowledgeable making it a great learning experience. I would definitely recommend as a fun date night activity. End result was delicious!

What a wonderful experience!! This was a surprise for my husband on his 66th birthday! But it was so special I felt like it was both of our birthdays! Sarah is wonderful and great company! Thank you Sarah for a beautiful dinner!

We had an awesome time. Got lucky and had a very small class, so there was great individualized attention. Sarah made it easy and fun, with emphasis on being hands on. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made it a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

We made three different sushi rolls - wonderful fresh ingredients. Sarah gave us wonderful tips and great instruction. It was a fun afternoon with my daughter in law and we walked away confident we can make great sushi for our guys!

I have made pasta, on and off, for many years but really don’t know the process in depth enough to comfortably teach my granddaughter so I signed us both up for Chef Sarah’s class. It was a great success. Not only did my granddaughter get an understanding, but I learned a lot more about the why and wherefore. Chef Sarah was a great instructor. Knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She was well prepared and helpful.

Sarah was a pleasure to learn from. She's personable and her experience and knowledge in food and culture was on full display through her teaching. I learned more than I thought I would and am excited to make dishes I was previously intimidated to make. I would love to take more classes with her and would strongly encourage others to do the same.

Chef Sarah was super nice and I learned a lot from the two hr class. Pretty much every sentence she spoke contained helpful and new-to-me knowledge. The only negative to this class was that there was a loud jazz band playing nearby however we were able to mitigate the sound by partially closing a door between us and the band. I can't wait to try making sushi at home after taking this class.

Sarah was amazing and fun! She helped us with regular cooking skills, not just the sushi, that was great! The sushi we made was so easy and good. We will be spreading the word to go see her and we are looking forward to taking more classes with her. She is so friendly and treats us with grace when we get confused or need extra help. I highly recommend her for sure!!

Chef Sarah made making sushi super approachable and fun! She was so warm and friendly, and a great teacher. I’d never made sushi before but felt like she explained the methodology really well, as well as proactively answering questions about sourcing ingredients and equipment. I feel ready and excited to host my own sushi party. Thanks, Chef Sarah!

Fun! I don’t know who’s responsible for the space the class is held but I didn’t love it. Seemed dark and a bit cramped. Good to see and experience some basic skills for sushi making. Sarah was great.

Daughter and I did the class today. We had alot of fun Sarah was a great teacher. We learned how to make multiple shapes of pasta. Got to know others in the class as well. We will definitely look into more classes. Anxious to try at home now. And I'm off to buy a sage plant for my garden as the browned butter with fresh sage and garlic was yummy.

We enjoyed the class and learned new things about making sushi. The only thing that wasn't wonderful is that the class started late. She also had basic sushi knowledge but you could tell she had not been trained to make sushi. Overall it was an enjoyable environment and we had fun.

It was a pretty fun time, but felt a bit disorganized. There wasn’t a lot of instruction around technique, and we also ran out of rice, which is a pretty key component to making sushi. Overall it was a good time, but could’ve certainly been better organized.

A cooking class with no cooking. We all paid to literally just “play with dough”. No eggs, no olive oil bc “it’s too expensive rn”.
She was late, the venue was freezing, she forgot tools, and we didn’t even get to do all that was listed. At the very beginning when she said we’re not cooking “your dough today” I thought there would be premade dough to cook and eat, nope, we didn’t even do the sauce!!
This whole experience was horrible and the entire time I felt like it was a scam. Everyone who attended should be given refunds for how much was paid to do something anyone could do at home

Really not worth the money and wish I could get my money back. We were led to believe that we would be making a nice pasta dish. We used 2 paid for ingredients while we were there: flour and a pinch of salt with water. No eggs and no olive oil and we didn’t even get to make a sauce. We spent the whole time making playdough. I get that dough needs time to rest but there should have been some premade dough that we could then use to practice making the sauce that was described and then taste test. Add all of that onto a location she’s never used before so the space was freezing cold and not set up at all for cooking. Plus she didn’t get there early enough to set up which cut into the time we did have to play with dough. Really disappointed

Very disappointed. I signed up for a class that was supposed to make raviolis with a brown butter sauce and ended up getting an intro to pasta course. Now had i know that's what I was getting i would have been happy because our teacher was very sweet. But we were taught how to make pasta with just flour salt and water. Not even eggs. We didn't cook anything and the room was freezing cold. I would love to have my money back if I'm being honest.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprepared, the venue was not suitable for the class and was not expecting us. We did not learn everything the listing said we would and we were told to take the pasta home to cook it when the posting said we’d eat it at the end of the class. I also felt like the chef spent a lot of time with some groups and no time with others.

Seems like it was her first time teaching this class so it was not that well prepared. People got to take their own filling so some people could take as much tuna as they want and there was not enough for the last few people. At the end I didn't get to try any fish at all in my sushi, I only had cucumber avocado and cream cheese in my sushi. I think it would be better if she portioned the material for everyone. The class was nothing like I expected and I was not doing any better in making sushi than I was before I joined the class. I think it was quite a waste of time and money, good thing I got the class with discounted price but I wish I had selected another class.

Sarah, it was very nice and professional. She gave us so much advice not just for Thai food but in cooking generally that we learned so much. Teaching us different flavors, profiles and other ways to elevate food. Thank you so much Sarah for taking the time. Would definitely recommend her.
