This was described and advertised as a fun, interactive, hands on pasta making class where you learn all the steps to making pasta with guidance and help. This was not the case. First off, you don’t even cook the pasta in the class. You spend the class listening, and playing with dough that is made with two simple pre measured ingredients. Most of the class was us standing around a table watching. We were given one single tool to share between us to “shape” the pasta, the shape options were flattening the dough against a table for smooth surface and a fork for a spiral look. We spent maybe about 20 minutes shaping and making our pasta while the rest of the two hour class was us watching and listening. I’m extremely disappointed with how the event was advertised versus how it actually played out in person.

Chef Sarah, was so organized, funny, and full of knowledge. She broke down the sushi making process to make it easy and enjoyable. My wife and I are excited to make sushi and home now :)

Yaaah! For pasta! What’s not to love? We immediately cooked up some meat sauce( with a good dose of red wine) and gobbled it up. Thanks Sarah for an informative class and we’d love to do another!
