Cooking Class: Make Sushi With Chef Sarah

This sushi cooking class with Chef Sarah is the ultimate intro to DIY sushi, no experience needed. You’ll kick things off by making seasoned sushi rice the traditional way, then get hands-on layering smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber for your own Philly roll. Next up: a spicy tuna roll made with fresh sushi-grade tuna and a homemade sauce. Learn how to roll like a pro using a bamboo mat, then slice and plate your creations with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger. This cooking class is fresh, fun and way more rewarding than takeout!
