Very fun and informative! Sarah was personable and knowledgeable making it a great learning experience. I would definitely recommend as a fun date night activity. End result was delicious!

The class was not what I expected, it was just showing you the act of how to roll sushi. I was hoping for something a little more comprehensive and interactive. Our instructor did not hand out the ingredients to people, so we were passing around certain ingredients to eachother and grabbing from the same container - which wouldn't have been that big of an issue if everybody had washed their hands, but alas a majority did not, so I did not eat my food. A lot of people did have fun but this wasn't for me.

She wants to pass her passion for the culinary arts to hungry foodies and home chefs, teaching kitchen confidence, techniques and intuitive cooking through fun and engaging cooking classes.
