Cooking Class: Epic Italian Favorites
Join this fun and easy pasta-focused cooking class where you'll learn to make a full Italian meal from scratch.
You'll start by putting together a fresh Caprese salad with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil. Next, you’ll roll out your own pasta dough and mix up a bright green pesto using spinach, basil and walnuts. And for the main dish, herb-roasted chicken, seasoned with lemon, rosemary, oregano and thyme. Then, you'll cool down with a sweet and tangy strawberry sorbet. By the end of this cooking session, you'll have all the confidence and know-how to recreate this complete Italian meal in your own kitchen once you get home.

What a wonderful experience!! This was a surprise for my husband on his 66th birthday! But it was so special I felt like it was both of our birthdays! Sarah is wonderful and great company! Thank you Sarah for a beautiful dinner!

The class was not what I expected, it was just showing you the act of how to roll sushi. I was hoping for something a little more comprehensive and interactive. Our instructor did not hand out the ingredients to people, so we were passing around certain ingredients to eachother and grabbing from the same container - which wouldn't have been that big of an issue if everybody had washed their hands, but alas a majority did not, so I did not eat my food. A lot of people did have fun but this wasn't for me.
