In this cooking class with Chef Libby, you'll prepare traditional Spanish dishes, including authentic paella. To start, you'll enjoy some roasted rosemary marcona almonds. Then, you'll learn how to make patatas bravas, which is a classic and spicy Spanish potato dish. Next, Chef Libby will teach you the traditional techniques for preparing a seafood paella. She'll go over how to choose rice, properly handle shellfish and cook sofrito to achieve the perfect paella. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a Spanish crème brûlée style dessert, crema Catalana.
