First, Chef Megan will teach you how to prepare a refreshing nicoise-inspired salad. Next, you'll dive into moules marinière with white wine, shallots, butter and parsley. Finally, end class on a sweet note with a delicate lemon sorbet.

Attending Chef Megan’s Southern Brunch cooking class was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, her warm and gracious demeanor set the tone for an inviting and relaxed atmosphere. She has a genuine gift for making everyone feel welcome, no matter their skill level in the kitchen. Chef Megan’s expertise extends well beyond cooking—she effortlessly weaves in helpful insights about gardening and quality cookware, offering practical tips that make her lessons both informative and enjoyable.
