In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Meg, you'll learn how to prepare two hearty and comforting home-cooked favorites that are perfect for a dinner with friends. Chef Meg will share the secrets of recreating her mother's infamous shepherd's pie recipe, handmade with ground beef, mixed vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes. Then, you'll learn how to make a decadent Bailey's Irish creme brûlée; a dessert that packs a punch with the perfect combination of fluffiness and a crisp, carmelized top.

Meg was amazing and a great teacher. She knows her stuff. However the location is not appropriate for a cooking class. Meg did a great job trying to rise to the occasion despite not having the appropriate supplies or kitchen.

Chef Meg was awesome. She welcomed us into her kitchen as if it were our own, and she made everyone feel comfortable participating as much or as little as they wanted. The meal was unbelievable, and Doug also added to the night. Would definitely book with her again, and I would recommend her to others. Chef Meg rocks!

Chef Meg was a great instructor and very funny. Her recipes were simple enough and could be made with regular ingredients you can find anywhere....but the results were amazing! Loved our time with Chef Meg!

Culinary extraordinaire Chef Meg holds one diploma from the International Culinary Center with an emphasis on French techniques, and another diploma from Roger Williams University in both French and Italian studies.
