Enjoy a global vegetarian fare in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Manjiri. Across five courses, you'll explore a variety of exquisite vegetarian dishes from around the world. First, you'll craft a traditional Indian black-eyed peas curry with tomatoes, onion and ginger, paired with a refreshing Greek tzatziki sauce. Then, you'll make a traditional Thai tofu spinach stir fry with an authentic side of Mexican rice. For dessert, you'll prepare a universal favorite: Sweet fruit cream with mixed fruit.
