In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ricky, you'll learn how to create the bánh mì sandwich, a renowned Vietnamese specialty consisting of a baguette stuffed with various meats and vegetables. First, you'll learn how to prepare shrimp spring rolls filled with vegetables, herbs and vermicelli noodles. Then, Chef Ricky will teach you how to make bánh mì from scratch with lemongrass chicken, pickled vegetables, cilantro and spicy mayonnaise, with sweet potato fries on the side. You'll finish with a favorite Asian dessert — mango sticky rice!

This was a great class hosted by Chef Ricky! We enjoyed learning how to make Italian Classics in an intimate and relaxed environment. Chef Ricky is very personable and I highly recommend his classes :)

It was an unforgettable experience, Chef Ricky gave us an excellent class, with great professionalism and we learned a lot about the world of sushi and its ingredients!! I definitely recommend it!!

Chef Ricky was exceptionally knowledgeable and had all the prep work done to amenable us to complete pasta dough, shrimp scampi, lasagna, ratatouille and cannolis in 2.5 hours. We git hands on experience with each step. Highly recommend this class.

Chef Ricky is a research and development chef and chef instructor bringing nearly 40 years of professional culinary experience to the table. He notes his greatest achievements to be the development and launch of multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts, as well as coaching an American Culinary Federation team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about helping aspiring chefs turn their dreams into reality.
