What You’ll Do

You’ll begin with a warm bowl of French onion soup, loaded with sweet caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese. Then, you’ll choose your main dish: either coq au vin, a comforting chicken dish with red wine and mushrooms or boeuf bourguignon, a hearty beef stew full of rich flavor. To finish, you’ll bake fresh fruit tarts using homemade dough and seasonal fruit.
