Cooking Class: Fresh Poke Bowls and Sushi Making

From wontons to poke bowls to sushi rolls, learn to prepare various dishes featuring fresh fish in this interactive cooking class with Chef Matt. You'll learn the technical skills required for these dishes as well as the flavor profiles that make them pop. First, you'll learn to prepare homemade wonton wrappers and fill them with salmon and cream cheese. Next, you'll build a raw ahi tuna poke bowl with fresh ingredients, before learning to roll salmon sushi filled with avocado and veggies. Finally, you'll enjoy simple sesame butter cookies for dessert.
