Cooking Class: Gourmet Italian-American Feast

Learn how to infuse Italian flavors into American favorites in this hands-on cooking class. 

Chef Christopher will show you how to use fresh ingredients and professional techniques to create a gourmet Italian-American meal. For starters, you'll prepare crostini di scampi with rustic bread and a candied beet and pecan salad with goat cheese, microgreens and a wine reduction. Your entrée is a classic chicken piccata served with a lemon caper risotto. Homemade butter pecan ice cream ends this fusion meal on a sweet note.

Our experience with Chef Christopher was such a delight! His friendly personality and fun sense of humor made us feel very welcome and relaxed in his home. We learned a great deal about the dishes that we were making and the ingredients that went into them. He provided so much food! We were stuffed at the end of the night and excited to have leftovers to take home to enjoy the next day. I would definitely recommend a class with Christopher for a fun date night or an evening out with friends.
