Chef Francesca will take you and your significant other on a culinary journey to Sardinia. During this in-person cooking class, you can customize a four-course Italian feast. Your appetizer selections are smoked salmon and goat cheese crostini or grilled shrimp with lemon and parsley. Homemade pasta choices include fettuccine, ravioli or spaghetti. For your fish course, choose between grilled sea bass with sun-dried tomatoes, roasted sea bream with lemon and parsley or salmon. Dessert is either chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce or panna cotta.

Chef Francesca was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy, and discovered her passion for cuisine at an early age. Her greatest love is cooking traditional foods from her homeland using traditional techniques to create authentic homemade pastas, sauces and desserts.
