Cooking Class: The Spirit of Oktoberfest

Learn how to prepare a classic three-course Oktoberfest menu in this German cooking class. Chef Robert uses a variety of local produce and organic ingredients as he shares modern and traditional German cooking techniques. Choose either a creamy cheddar cheese and beer soup or a candied pumpkin salad with molasses vinaigrette for an appetizer. Your entrée is a savory pork schnitzel with spaetzle, a chewy German egg noodle. Dessert is a light and creamy vanilla cinnamon pumpkin mousse.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!
