Learn to make fresh, pillowy gnocchi from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. You'll learn to craft this classic pasta by hand using traditional techniques that Chef Arian will help you master.
After making and shaping gnocchi pasta dough, you'll get started on creating the perfect seasonal sauce. Using pumpkin, butter, garlic and aromatic sage, you'll simmer up a creamy pumpkin sauce to smother your pillowy pasta in. It's an elegant, seasonal dish that couldn't be simpler to make!
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

So much fun. The food was fresh and delicious. Ari did a great job explaining the process and walked around helping us all. I habe a new found respect for sushi chefs. It is an art for sure.
