To start, you'll learn how to craft the perfect sushi rice. Then, slice and layer ingredients the proper way before mastering the art of sushi rolling. You'll create two classic, artful sushi rolls featuring surimi, ahi tuna and fresh avocado.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
