Jimmy was super funny and we had a great time. We came for my friend’s birthday and it was a cute little moment for us. I would recommend eating beforehand because you end up eating the dumplings at 7:30pm

After completing military service, Chef Jimmy enrolled in culinary school. Upon completion of his culinary apprenticeship, he earned the title of "certified culinarian" from the American Culinary Federation. He then went on to work at some of the most prestigious properties in the country, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison to name a few. He also acted as a culinary instructor at the secondary and post-secondary levels. In 2013, Chef was deemed one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and voted among his chef peers as a "young gun".
