What You’ll Do

Chef Jesse will teach you the technique and recipes for two classic sushi rolls. Learn how to make the perfect sticky rice for your sushi, then spread it onto a nori sheet. Assemble a California roll with crab meat, avocado and cucumber, as well as a tuna and cucumber roll with fresh tuna. Then, get tips to roll up and slice your sushi before enjoying your homemade feast.
