Warm up your palate with a creamy and silky lobster bisque before moving on to the main event. Expertly broiled lobster tail will be the perfect accompaniment to a juicy grilled tenderloin of lamb, alongside velvety smooth cauliflower purée with truffle oil and blanched asparagus. This elegant meal is rounded out with a light-as-air lime soufflé.
