Cooking Class: Cooking a Classic Ramen Menu

Prepare braised pork belly, whip together a spicy mayonnaise and craft a hearty miso broth in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Made Master created a traditional Japanese menu you’ll want to make time and time again after learning how to under Chef’s helpful guidance. You’ll begin cooking your way through by preparing a miso ramen brimming with fresh, seasonal vegetables. Moving on, you’ll make a seafood salad of sorts using seaweed, spicy crab meat and spring greens. And down the line, you’ll marinate pork belly to eat in between soft steamed buns.

Chef Made was a great instructor and really great with the kids too! The sushi came out amazing and there was plenty for us to have a full dinner. He answered all our questions along the way and we got some great photos too. Thanks again Chef Made!
