Treat yourself to indulgent Southern eats and a fun time with this hands-on cooking class. Chef Lawrencia will show you her tried-and-true culinary methods for crafting five Southern favorites that will bring comfort to your dinner table.


You'll start by learning to perfect a classic: crispy fried green tomatoes made from scratch. Next, make golden salmon croquettes with a side of fluffy rice. You'll learn how to make fresh Hawaiian rolls that have a subtly sweet taste and soft, airy texture, in addition to a recipe for tangy coleslaw that you'll use forever. Finish with a Southern delicacy: a heavenly cheesecake layered with nuts, rich chocolate and caramel.

We had the Street Mexican Dinner and she was so nice and professional. We hope to have another cooking experience with her again!

Seemed like the chef had little to no knowledge on making sushi, there was really no step by step. Just a chaotic mess throughout the class. Chef acted as if we were already supposed to know what we were doing and the microwave rice when making sushi is not the way to go. We had fun with our table regardless of the poor class.
