Cooking Class: Savory Southern Comfort

Gather a friend or go solo as you join Chef Chericia for an authentic Southern cooking class. You'll learn how to fry dry-brined chicken and bake fluffy Southern-style sweet potato biscuits. Next, you'll prepare meat with red beans and rice, along with a side of smoky collard greens and vegetables, to accompany this savory Southern comfort menu. For dessert, create a rich and creamy banana pudding with the crunch of vanilla wafers.

Chef Cece was amazing! She made sure everyone in our class had a chance to try each technique she demonstrated, and she made sure everyone had fun. I can't wait to take another class with her.
