Cooking Class: Tasty Spanish Tapas

Join Chef Joshua Elias on a culinary journey to the charming streets of Barcelona in this fun, hands-on cooking class. You'll prepare a variety of amazing Spanish tapas   small, flavor-packed dishes that are best enjoyed together with friends and family. Your class will begin with an olive salad appetizer featuring fresh oranges, pralines and mint. Then, you'll make a seafood plate known as gambas al vieira, comprised of perfectly sautéed shrimp, scallops, garlic and fresh herbs. For the main course, you'll enjoy an authentic Spanish paella packed with fresh clams, shrimp, mussels and savory herbs. Lastly, for dessert, you'll whip up a sweet and creamy flan de caramelo with praline.
