Cooking Class: Spanish Flavor Fiesta

Take a culinary tour through the festive flavors of Spain in this interactive cooking class. Chef Taciana leads this fun session with a light touch and expert advice. Begin with shrimp quesadilla with spicy avocado crema, pineapple, cilantro and poblano peppers. Next is a honey-lime salmon with a side of black beans and brown rice pilaf with savoy cabbage, cumin, garlic and red pepper. Dessert is cinnamon and sugar lava cakes with vanilla cake and orange chocolate sauce.
