Chef Mateus was amazing. He has experience cooking in Thailand and the pad Thai was the best I’ve ever had. You get to cook in a distillery and can get drinks from the bar which is awesome. Would highly recommend!

Wanted to do something different for my wife’s birthday and it was the best decision I ever made. Chef Mateus was very knowledgeable, professional and overall just a great person to work with. I am DEFINITELY doing again. Great for a date night or just fun with friends.

Chef Mateus has a unique and worldly culinary background and brings a unique international flair to all his creations in the kitchen. He was born in Brazil, but he's travelled all over the world to work in eateries in Australia, New Zealand, New York, and California. He even spent some time in one of the culinary capitals of the world, Paris, where he served as head chef at the U.S. Embassy. Now, Chef Mateus is based in NYC, where he owns and operates a meal prep and delivery service. His true passion, however, is sharing his diverse culinary knowledge with aspiring chefs of all skills levels.
