Chef Tanya will teach you the techniques needed to create flawless Italian fare — dishes that you can easily recreate at your next dinner party. To start, you’ll prepare crisp endive leaves stuffed with walnuts and goat cheese. Chef Tanya will then teach you how to cook a sumptuous chicken marsala, broccolini almandine gremolata, and rice pilaf or angel hair pasta. For dessert, you’ll make a delicious double almond biscotti with gelato.
