This hands-on cooking session is all about transforming a handful of simple ingredients into a beautiful plate of fresh pasta. You’ll start by learning how to make traditional pasta dough with eggs and flour, then roll and cut it into fettuccine strands using a hand-crank pasta machine. Chef Megan brings 10 years of restaurant ownership experience in Sonoma County, with a background spanning French bistro fare, steakhouse menus, Mediterranean cooking and wood-fired cuisine. Born in Holland and shaped by five years in Paris, she grew up cooking Italian food and developed a passion for global flavors. Her specialties include approachable Mediterranean cuisine and meals that bring people together through warmth, creativity and connection.
