Chef Megan brings 10 years of restaurant ownership experience in Sonoma County, with a background spanning French bistro fare, steakhouse menus, Mediterranean cooking and wood-fired cuisine. Born in Holland and shaped by five years in Paris, she grew up cooking Italian food and developed a passion for global flavors. Her specialties include approachable Mediterranean cuisine and meals that bring people together through warmth, creativity and connection.

This bread baking class was awesome! I've been baking bread for years and I learned so many new tips and have such a better understanding because of Chef Megan's teaching. She was gracious and fun and everything we learned was absolutely delicious!
