My husband and I had the best time learning how to make sushi with Adriana! We learned how to make a cucumber salad and two types of California rolls. It was the foundation we needed to be able to make any kind of roll. She is a wonderful instructor and a kind, interesting person. It was such a fun afternoon date! Thank you Adriana!

Adriana was a fun teacher and did the best she could with the recipe and materials she had. However, this recipe was not the most flavorful or anywhere close to the price paid for the class. While learning to make tortillas was cool, the chicken tacos were very basic and not the most filling. There weren’t even any sides to go with the meal. Sur la table is definitely more worth your money for a true cooking class experience.

Really enjoyed this class. Very casual/informal. Chef was engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was challenging to cook in the public space of a winery tasting room, but she made it work, it was great to be able to order drinks during the class, and the location was otherwise fun and convenient.

My boyfriend and I recently took a Classpop Master Chef class with Adriana, and it was an unforgettable experience! Adriana’s passion and expertise were evident from the moment the class began. She started by sharing fascinating insights about the history and artistry of sushi, which made the experience both educational and inspiring. Under her guidance, we not only learned how to make sushi but also gained an appreciation for the craft behind it. Adriana created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed the engaging conversations throughout the class. She was patient, encouraging, and made even the most novice chefs feel like pros by the end of the session. The evening was truly special, and we can’t wait to continue taking classes with Adriana. Whether you’re looking to try something new, improve your skills, or just have a fun and unique date night, I couldn’t recommend this class more highly. Adriana is a gem!

Fun class. Chef needs a little more experience under her belt to be sure she has all needed supplies (cutting boards, enough cooked rice etc). But we learned sushi !
