My husband and I had the best time learning how to make sushi with Adriana! We learned how to make a cucumber salad and two types of California rolls. It was the foundation we needed to be able to make any kind of roll. She is a wonderful instructor and a kind, interesting person. It was such a fun afternoon date! Thank you Adriana!

The class was informative and entertaining. The chef took the time to help everyone and had plenty of food to enjoy at the end. I will attend another of her classes and bring a friend.

Adriana was a fun teacher and did the best she could with the recipe and materials she had. However, this recipe was not the most flavorful or anywhere close to the price paid for the class. While learning to make tortillas was cool, the chicken tacos were very basic and not the most filling. There weren’t even any sides to go with the meal.
Sur la table is definitely more worth your money for a true cooking class experience.
