Adriana was very nice, but I have concerns about the sanitary conditions for which we kneaded bread. The public wood tables were wiped down with Clorox wipes, which is not safe. The wood bar top tables are unsanitary, even when wiped. I was apprehensive to eat the pasta, and I wish a didn’t do. I didn’t get sick, but I threw all the pasta away when I got home. You should consider putting down large piece of wax paper or provide sanitary tables to knead down on, not public tables.

Chef Adriana’s ravioli making class was an amazing experience. She created a warm, welcoming atmosphere and explained each step clearly, making it easy and fun to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Her passion for cooking really shows. The ravioli turned out delicious, and I left feeling confident I could recreate everything at home. I highly recommend her class to anyone who loves food and wants a memorable, hands-on experience.

The food wound up tasting good, but the class was very chaotic and unorganized! She forgot name tags and sauce ingredients. 2 of the attendees had to make the sauce for the entire class!! Instructions on cooking the ravioli were insufficient - our pasta was tough and undercooked. She said she would give us the recipes but did not.
