Unfortunately, we didn’t have a great experience. There wasn’t enough table space for the pasta despite cutting it, not enough machinery, and the pasta “sauce” was chopped up tomato. There was like 9-10 tomatoes if that, for 11 people. We were told we could take the uncooked pasta home and we did, but that turned out to be a ball of mush. The chef was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to make pasta from scratch.

I had a great time. I learned basic 101 Sushi Roll making and it was fun. The venue was safe and pleasant and the instructor was fun. I hope I can find another class with Adrian. She made it fun.

This was unprofessional and we did not get our moneys worth. We ate with all the food from target, chef did not interact with us as much as we would like, we only chopped garlic and a 1/4 of an onion. Tomato sauce was not fresh— canned tomatoes used. Did not cook in a kitchen, we cooked in the lobby of a brewery at dining tables. Only ingredients: flour, egg, gallic, onion, cheese. tables. Was not at all proper cooking class we ate out of paper bowls at end. You will have fun if you make it fun but no actual techniques are truly learned.

Nice people but basically no instructions, sauce came from a can and was sitting in a crockpot to warm while the water boiled in the corner on a camp/convection stove, watery and no flavor. Food was not great maybe 4/10 max for taste. Homemade pasta did taste good but it is silly that we weren’t taught much of anything and the quality of ingredients was so low… Overall didn’t learn anything but had a good time because the people were nice. Don’t think we’d do it again although Chef was nice.
