Cooking Class: Authentic Spanish Fare

Celebrate authentic Spanish cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Michelle. You'll learn to make a spread of authentic recipes spanning the various culinary traditions of the country. First, you'll prepare an antipasto trio with garlic shrimp, marinated olives and stuffed mini peppers. Then, you'll enjoy a fresh salad with a lime vinaigrette. For the main dish, you'll learn to make a classic paella with your choice of meat. Class ends with a light Mediterranean-style parfait for dessert.
