In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Cregg, you’ll cook a variety of cuisine from all over the world, from India to Thailand. You’ll learn how to use exotic spices, chilies and fresh herbs to create incredible dishes that will impress your friends at your next dinner party. Chef Cregg will teach you both basic and advanced techniques needed to craft timeless dishes like naan, Jamaican fried rice and buttered chicken. You’ll also take home a bottle of custom-made hot sauce!

Thai Cucumber Salad
With cucumber ribbons, red onion, mint, lime juice and fish sauce
Grilled Garlic Naan Bread

Sumac and Lemon Rita

A fun evening with a great chef who not only is an amazing cook but a truly patient teacher. Skills were presented and individually monitored for the best use of tools, products and timing for maximum outcomes of the dinner. Pleasant company, good food and a great experience.
