Next, your group will prepare one decadent pasta dish, choosing from options such as earthy pesto with pine nuts, vodka sauce or spicy arrabbiata. You'll also learn how to make ravioli with a filling of your choice, from meat ravioli to zesty lobster lemon mascarpone. Alternatively, craft cavatelli paired with your preferred protein. This was the first time that my wife and I had taken a cooking course. There was virtually no instruction unless you were one of the lucky ones around the table that happened to be in front of him while he demonstrated. The resulting product was not really edible. The rice was a mushy mess. The whole time the class felt rushed and disorganized.

Chef was great but the food was not great quality and the rice was cooked weird.

Absolutely loved this class. Chef Timothy was very knowledgeable and informative. It was just a really cool and unique experience. The sushi was also delicious! :)
