Cooking Class: Three-Course Classic Vietnamese Menu
Chef Danushka's cooking classes make a fun and informative way to learn authentic Vietnamese cooking methods. You'll learn about traditional ingredients and unique flavor profiles as you prepare recipes such as shrimp spring rolls with a citrus dipping sauce. You'll also prepare Asian meatballs with savory sauce. Dessert is a creamy coconut rice pudding with fresh mango, jasmine rice and toasted coconut.

Chef Danushka graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and quickly rose to culinary excellence. An experienced instructor and private chef, she has worked for celebrities and high-profile clients across the country. Chef Danushka was a contestant on "Chopped," "Cutthroat Kitchen," "Comeback Kitchen" and "The Next Food Network Star." She won Food Network's "24 Hour Restaurant Battle," and she's ready to share her experience with her students.Â
