Cooking Class: Introduction to Asian-European Fusion

Learn how to creatively and tastefully combine the unique culinary flavors of different Asian and European cuisines in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Dirk. 

Having lived in or traveled to more than 20 countries, Chef Dirk will share his vast culinary knowledge and teach you how to prepare an assortment of Asian-European fusion dishes, including appetizers, small plates and main dishes. You'll make Asian-inspired bamboo basket steamed dumplings, Philippine chicken adobo, a seasonal caramelized fruit dessert and more! Additionally, Chef Dirk will teach you five-star plating techniques to make your creative fusion dishes look as impressive as they taste.


Bamboo Basket Steamed Dumplings 

With ground meat and custom-made dipping sauces

 With bay leaves, garlic, soy sauce and Datu Puti vinegar

Chef Dirk’s sophisticated French cooking class was so much fun. Chef does a really good job in making sure everyone participates in the process and he is very welcoming.

Chef Dirk was super fun and we all had a great time. I would have liked the recipes printed up for us at the time of the class. Also, we paid an extra $650. for the space and we ate on plastic plates with plastic forks.
