Cooking Class: Taste of Dim Sum

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare three popular dim sum dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Chinese culinary techniques. 


 Chef Eric will begin by teaching you how to roll up a batch of authentic spring rolls. Then, you will master sweet and salty Chinese barbecue pork buns seasoned with honey, soy sauce and Chinese five-spice. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a creamy, dairy-free mango pudding brimming with fresh mango flavor for dessert.
